On Sunday after a relaxed walk in the castle park, we just wanted to have a coffee here. At the entrance to the terrace there was a sign that you wg. the corona rules want to wait, one will be placed. The terrace is not large, 30% of the tables were occupied, all guests were taken care of. Although we were noticed by two waitresses, no one felt compelled to assign us a seat. So we wait until we get too silly. After waiting ten minutes we went through the main entrance through the hotel and were able to sit on the terrace on request. After a short wait, we got three separate pages in cling film with drinks and food on them. There was no coffee, cake or ice cream on it, nor was anyone asked about it. Obviously there is no corresponding menu there, although there is great advertising with Italian ice cream at the entrance. After the waitress disappeared and was no longer seen, we left. It may be that the hotel supports the store or Corona has made an exception here, but that's not how you do business.

It should be a nice birthday meal in a small family circle. After we were assigned a reserved table, we immediately asked the waitress for a high chair, which we were guaranteed when we reserved the seat. After 25 minutes it was finally brought in. When asked about the delay, the comment "We hardly need any children's chairs here" came up. We only got a flower vase for the birthday bouquet on request. Our food was then served at the same time. Unfortunately the meat was very tough on some dishes and that's why we complained about it. To our chagrin, this had to be done on our own initiative, as the staff did not ask about satisfaction with the food. All in all, a very disappointing evening in terms of the poor, overwhelmed service and sometimes poorly prepared food. There was no satisfactory communication from the service side, and no apology was given at the table. The food complained about and the substitute dishes served were not listed on the bill - thanks for that, although it cannot be ruled out that they were simply forgotten (lack of communication). Unfortunately, we had a similar problem with this restaurant a few years ago, but we were thinking of a slip-up. Obviously nothing has changed in the service structure of the restaurant. For us it was definitely our last visit to this restaurant.

One star is too much! The pictures say everything. Never seen and eaten such bad pizzas! The staff was inconsiderate and the management could not be found. No kindness from the staff. Great graduation ceremony! NEVER AGAIN WE WILL EAT THERE!

The staff are very accommodating and all very kid friendly. The menu is typically Italian, with a small regional twist. It is small but nice and the food is delicious. You can go there well after a walk through the park. I definitely recommend the restaurant.

Everything was great. The portion could be a little bigger at the price. We have reserved for the next year with about 15 people. What I noticed, however, is that the phone number on Google Maps is probably a different than on the HP. Am only about a detour to the phone number kommen.Ich imagine that there are guests who are not looking for. Pity about the clientele. Vlt that reads someone from Personal.😊

Really tasty and it is not too expensive. The waiters are also very friendly and kid friendly. If we are close again, we will gladly come back.

Spontaneous first visit, I move in a few weeks to makers. To my surprise, I saw vegan declared food on the menu ... amazing! This has unfortunately not yet prevailed everywhere, here it has already been implemented. This makes a visit to the restaurant a lot easier! Prices on top, but then you get cheap press ham (50g) and potatoes. Asparagus was OK. But overall for 15 euros serving mini and not worth the money. Save yourself to death .... Never again.

Really a very nice restaurant. The ambience is really nice and cozy. The service staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You can also talk well with you. The food is really a must.
